The YWR relies on volunteers for all aspects of its successful operation. This could be anything from watering the plants to driving the locomotive on one of our public running days. There are always jobs to be done!
In addition to helping on site, the YWR also attends many shows throughout the year to raise awareness, drive membership, and explain the history of the Malton Dodger! Our next big events are the Sledmere Vintage day on 30 June, Driffield Show on the 17 July and Driffield Steam and Vintage Rally on 10-11 August.
