Cllr Mark Blakeston has kindly chosen the YWR as his chosen charity of the year for 2016!
He said “after much consideration, I’ve chosen the Yorkshire Wolds Railway because of your passion to restore part of the railway as a heritage attraction to enhance tourism in the area. I hope I can assist in some small way over the forthcoming year”
The YWR are extremely grateful for the support of the Mayor and Driffield Town Council and look forward to working together!
